SUNDAY: Arrival between Umbria & Tuscany
In the morning we will pick you up in Rome Town or Airport or at agreed place or airport and transfer to our villa. If not too tired, we will have a quick lunch and a short tour along the way. After checking in, Welcome Dinner in our villa.

MONDAY: Siena and Sienese Countryside
Breakfast: the "Crostata di Marmellata" hand made by Rosetta. Siena: you will see one of the world’s most unique piazzas del Campo and visit the precious Duomo. Cheese tasting. The heart of the Senese countryside is perfect landscape of enchanting hillsides. Dinner in our villa with a coutryside menu of Tuscany and Umbria…

TUESDAY: Assisi and Spello
Breakfast: the "Torcolo Umbro", hand-made by Rosetta. Assisi with its amazing ensemble of masterpieces, such as the Basilica of Saint Francis with Giotto’s and Cimabue’s frescos, represents a unique example of city sanctuary. Lunch in a typical trattoria. In the afternoon Spello, a charming town near Assisi. Dinner in our Villa: "Umbricelli al pomodoro", hand-made pasta.

WEDNESDAY: Gubbio and Perugia
Breakfast: the "Ciaramicola", typical local cake. Gubbio: one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Europe, perfectly preserved. Lunch in a typical trattoria and in the afternoon visit of Perugia, the main town of Umbria. The Etruscan origins, proved by the numerous archeological ruins found in town. Perugia was conquered by the Romans in the 2nd century A.D., who gave it the name “Augusta Perusia”. Dinner in our villa: will taste the "minestrone" and “arrosto al forno”

THURSDAY: Food market - Extra virgin olive oil and Cortona
Breakfast: the "Torta di mele", hand-made by Rosetta. Shopping in the open market in our village Magione with Rosetta. Learn with Rosetta how to recognize the extra virgin olive oil. Lunch at home with bruschetta and wine. After lunch we will visit Cortona the town of the descendants of Dardanus from Troy, now modern day Greeks… setting of the movie “Under the Tuscan Sun”…. Dinner in our Villa… we will taste Italian Pizza and Tiramisù!

FRIDAY: La Verna and Caprese Michelangelo
Breakfast: the "Torta al cocco", hand-made by Rosetta. In the morning a mystic moment for your soul at the Sanctuary of La Verna on St. Francis' tracks at the Appenni Mountains. Here you can see one of the richest collections of glazed ceramic of 1400. Lunch in a typical Tuscan trattoria at Caprese Michelangelo, the Michelangelo’s native village. Farewell Dinner in our villa.

SATURDAY: Departure or transfer
Transfer to Rome Town or airport or to the nearest Train Station to continue your trip. To Rome FCO Airport it takes about 2 and a half hours from our place.
